Tropical flair with minimal fire is our Level Lite, a product featuring a “Lesser Known Fruit from Sri Lanka – known as Soursop/Anoda/Custard Apple.
Our newly introduced Soursop and Ginger hot sauce is made using ripe and sweet soursop gently infused with green fresh scotch bonnets for a warm mellow heat balanced by the zing of fresh ginger. It’s sweet and tangy with a smooth texture perfectly paired with Grilled White Fish, Roast Chicken, Milk Rice, Avacado Toast, Fresh Spring Rolls, Tropical Salads and Cheese Boards.
Note: This product was particularly curated for a palate that cannot tolerate medium to high spice.
