Yes guys this sandwich is Vegan!!! Inspired by the amazing @thekoreanvegan I made this delicious sandwich for lunch yesterday.
The crispy goodness is all mushroom! Oyster Mushroom to be precise! Her recipe is so amazing that the mushroom stayed crispy and crunchy till we ate it all.
I made the spicy Mayo using aquafaba, the recipe is on her blog. It’s suppose to be a vegan Mayo but I substituted the chili oil with @naimiris_addict jam and the dynamite sauce. The best spicy Mayo ever!
You only need Sourdough bread or any kind of bread or bun you like , tomato and arugula or your choice of greens , simple as that.
The kids didn’t even realize it’s mushroom! So Yayiii for vegan fried “chicken”!!
